I don't even want to focus on the last rays of hope that things will change before the inauguration. I don't know what the next few weeks will bring, yet I do. Like everyone else I am horrified and terrified for friends and family. We need to do this together or not at all. The light will be behind us, darkness is coming....

Stand by me, I will be standing by you. Oh darlin' stand by me. I won't be afraid.

We need to do this together. HELL! WE should have been doing it together forever.

Talkin'bout a Revolution

A friend told me I should seek a center/ focal points to breathe. I have four now since I added these two.
