AI Writing Apps

https://hive.com/blog/free-ai-text-generator-tools/

I'm often critical of AI, and this is no exception, I broach this subject with cynicism. But just for arguments sake, if you generate the loosest of outlines for say a chapter, all in key words and phrases, would AI generate sufficient quality text worth editing? Asking because I like to edit, but find the writing time-consuming.

Anyone here used an AI writing bot for fiction?

I'm thinking: "Write me a chapter, 10-15 pages. Joe went to town in 1927 New York City to have dinner with Sally. It was an upscale restaurant. After dinner they went to the movies, and Joe got mugged. He reported it to police and had to send Sally home in a cab."

if it doesn't come from within "me" then I don't want to write it.

Why not?

I'm also a much better editor than writer, but I also know good writing. That's a skill AI doesn't really have.

We all know that AI is the future, but AI can't replace Humans when it comes to writing stories. However, we write stories putting our emotions and feeling in it but an AI tool can't.

Am I right?

is right up there with the touchingly naive notion that driverless cars are already here.

There are paid AI writing apps that do everything but develop your outline, theme, or plot - basically.

Write a novel in a week! In 6 months editors to be unemployed.
