Report: Richie Incognito expected to file grievance against Dolphins

Richie Incognito, the suspended Miami Dolphins offensive lineman who allegedly bullied teammate Jonathan Martin, is expected to soon file a grievance against the team, reports FOXSports1′s Alex Marvez.

Incognito was suspended indefinitely by the team and stands to lose his weekly salary of $235,294.12.

Incognito and some of his teammates have denied that he bullied Martin, a second-year offensive lineman who left the team in late October.

On Tuesday, in Incognito’s most recent comments about the scandal, he said, “I’m just trying to weather the storm right now. This will pass.”

Miami Dolphins offensive tackle Jonathan Martin was subjected to mistreatment by his teammates "that went far beyond the traditional locker room hazing," according to a statement issued by his attorney on Thursday. A second-year player out of Stanford, Martin abruptly left the team last week and reportedly checked into a South Florida hospital to receive treatment for emotional distress resulting from alleged bullying.

Among the allegations of physical and verbal abuse outlined in the statement released by attorney David Cornwell, an unnamed Dolphins player is said to have made a sexually explicit threat involving Martin's sister.

........... Quote from teammate: “We are going to run train on your sister. . . . She loves me. I am going to f–k her without a condom and c– in her c—.”

Dolphins lineman Richie Incognito, who is at the center of the club’s current scandal, was investigated by Aventura police in May 2012 for allegedly molesting a female volunteer at the team’s charity golf tournament, Andrew Abramson of the Palm Beach Post reports.

Police did not charge Incognito. According to the police report, they told the woman that she could seek charges through the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office or take civil action.

She told police that Incognito “used his golf club to touch her by rubbing it up ” against her crotch, “then up her stomach then to her chest. He then used the club to knock a pair of sunglasses off the top of her head.

“After that, he proceeded to lean up against her buttocks with his private parts as if dancing, saying ‘Let it rain, let it rain!’ He finally finished his inappropriate behavior by emptying bottled water in her face,” according to the report.

Incognito was suspended by the Dolphins after his threatening voice mail to teammate Jonathan Martin was released to the media.

The woman, who is 34, told police that while others at the tournament, including Dolphins vice president Nat Moore, apologized to her, she went to police after Incognito wouldn’t apologize.

She told police that Incognito had been drinking. The incident report said alcohol was involved.

WPLG in Miami was the first to report the story Thursday

This guy needs to be in prison now for just being a douchebag and his teammates coming to his defense should all be fined and suspended for just being a douchebag's friend. I just hate this. edit to remove smilies posted in wrong spot.
