the answer I'm looking for is, of course, Kevin Ollie , who, I just learned, was born in Dallas!

Head coach at WVU - 2007-the present

Huggs is one of only four active Division I coaches with more than 700 wins (including his wins as head coach at University of Cincinnati and Kansas State).

Though I don't think he was a varsity player at UNC.

Mike Gundy is a man. He's 40. (Something.) But when he was still a kid he played for Oklahoma State, where he now coaches.
