I just read on Twitter that 56 people have been arrested for Domestic violence since Roger Goddell became commissioner.

Police said Dwyer was arrested Wednesday on allegations stemming from an incident that occurred in late July at a southeast Phoenix home and involved a 27-year-old woman and an 18-month-old boy.

Police said the woman left the state with the child shortly after the incident.

Phoenix police investigators took a report on the incident on Sept. 11 and detectives have been seeking out-of-state medical records and interviewing witnesses, according to a Phoenix police spokesman.
