Arizona Wildcats shock No. 2 Oregon on the road

EUGENE, Oregon — The scene was set for a Thursday night Ducks party at Autzen Stadium.

Oregon fans roamed their city on a stunning fall day wearing Ducks gear at every turn.

Streets were blocked off eight hours before kickoff. Parking lots were full in the middle of the afternoon with weekday tailgaters. And just before 7:30 p.m., 56,032 fans packed the stadium for the 100th straight sellout.

The Ducks tied it up with 8:21 to play when Mariota found Keanon Lowe for a score.

Arizona then went 71 yards on 15 plays and finished it off with Jones-Grigsby's score.

"The place was dead quiet, and I was dead quiet," Jones-Grigsby said. "I was just making sure I was in. It was a great push by our line."

(Cats won 31-24)
