Everett Golson transferring for another season?

Everett Golson is reportedly leaving Notre Dame for another school to pursue his fourth season of academic eligibility... after getting his degree. (He was redshirted.) Kind of a reversal of the "one and done" philosophy ruling the NCAA these days.

He must think he needs it for a draft payday, I guess.

How the heck did he already graduate when he was cheating? Staying at ND was his best bet.
