Pam Shriver shows her true (red) colors.......I'm watching ESPN2's coverage of the Connecticut Open in New Haven -- Shriver and Renee Stubbs are the commentators. So Shriver is giving this list of facts about Yale University, including the names of the presidents that attended, which includes both Bushes and Bill Clinton. So Renee Stubbs says, "Did Hillary attend Yale? ... In a couple of years, we might be adding.....". Shriver immediately cuts her off and interjects, "I know for a fact that DONALD TRUMP (all excitedly) attended (whatever school).....BLAH BLAH" I didn't know much about Shriver's political background, so I looked her up on Wikipedia. Yup, she's a winger. And did I mention she's the most annoying, obnoxious tennis commentator ever?

1. Did she manage to stay sober during the broadcast?
If it goes beyond two sets, it seems like she empties her flask.

2. And to think, her distant relative Sargent Shriver
was McGovern's running mate.

3. Country Club Sports have more than their fair share of wingjobs.
Even if they don't come from money, being around the monied gets to their brains sometimes.
Happened to my very liberal mommy. Twenty years in Palm Desert and now she's a foaming at the mouth fox news right wing racist nutjob. (Just for giggles I like to remind her every now and then that her kids are only half as white as she is. Heheheh.) |

4. She's been a right-winger from way back...
I can remember her comments when Clinton beat Bush "the First and the not as stupid as those to follow" That's 23 years ago now.
