Ex-Arizona players among NBA's richest

http://azstarnet.com/sports/blogs/pascoe/ex-arizona-players-among-nba-s-richest/article_7b4462fc-526f-11e1-9f76-001871e3ce6c.html

Of all the colleges sending players to the NBA since 1985, Arizona ranked No. 3 on
the cumulative list of former players' salaries behind only North Carolina and Duke.

That's the kind of message that resonates as much (if not more) than NCAA tournament
appearances or anything else with many of today's elite recruits and their families and/or handlers.

The Journal's Jared Diamond said each NBA player's total compensation was looked up and
assigned to school he played for. Arizona players totaled $738 million according to the study,
while North Carolina players totaled $853 million and Duke $809 million.

UCLA was the only other Pac-12 team in the top 10, finishing No. 10 with $497 million.

Hey, Kentucky beat UCLA!

Bear Down Arizona!
