Colts punter jacks 67-yard punt, NFL makes him take 'random' drug test
During the 19-18 win over Indianapolis, McAfee averaged 58.9 yards on five punts, and that's not even the most impressive part. The most impressive part is that McAfee launched three punts that went over 60 yards.
Apparently, McAfee's ridiculously good game raised some red flags with the NFL because when he got to work on Monday, he had a note waiting for him in his locker. This wasn't just any note, either, it was a "You've been randomly selected to take a drug test" note.
The NFL seems to love giving "random" drug tests to McAfee. The punter also had to take one on April 21 after he made a 4-20 joke on Twitter. This time around, McAfee was kind of expecting the test.
"I would have been offended if they didn't test me," McAfee said, via ESPN.com. "You average 59 yards a punt. If you don't get tested for that, you're kind of upset about it to be honest."
