I didn't see that coming. I think he can be a jerk at times, but he doesn't bother me like most of the Evil Empire does. I think he got them farther than most people expected. Could this men there's turmoil in the front office? I hope so!

There was one aspect of the Yankees organization that joeybee didn't absolutely despise and they got rid of him? BIG MISTAKE!!!

Seriously, Girardi will land on his feet. He performed well on what was deemed a "rebuilding" Yankees club, but the expectations in the Big Apple are too lofty.

that fire someone following a season in which they made the playoffs and had a better record than the previous season (plus they weren't expected to do nearly that well). But, who knows...it might work out for them like how the W's fired Mark Jackson (after he brought them to the playoffs) and won NBA titles in 2 of the next 3 seasons.

They were on their way up but Steve Kerr played under the triangle & Greg Popovich so he combined the 2 plus he was a lot more of a pure shooter than Jackson who the Pacers went with Travis Best during crunch time in the finals that maybe they saw something Kerr.

It is usually GM Coach drama that leads to these kind of firings like Harbaugh and the 49ers.
