Kentucky stops Vandy 83-74 to claim SEC title/ Anthony Davis ,Player of the year?!

UK (28-1) reaped a big payoff:

■ A 20th straight victory.

■ A clinching of sole possession of the Southeastern Conference championship and remaining on track at 14-0 for only the third unbeaten league record since 1956.

■ Extension of its home winning streak to 51 games.

Anthony Davis
10 of 11 FG, 8 of 9 FT, 28 TP, 11 RB, 5 blocks.

The only reason they're even in the SEC is so players and fans from other 'schools' will have an excuse to party in Nashville.

You and your conference of elitist want to lord it over the 'peoples' schools'. Vandy does have a fantastic deserved academic reputation. I have partied in much better towns.

What's this 'elitist' shit?

Just a couple of tobacco schools in the League for geographic convenience.

Re: Tobacco Road, back in the sixties I lived in the backwater of Augusta Georgia. We had a big cemetery and the road next to it was supposed to be the terminus of 'Tobacco Road'. Have you ever heard that?

I think elitist shit comes in plastic bags wrapped with bows, to answer your query.
