No more angry manager/umpire exchanges

Gone are the days where a questionable call would trigger a sprinting, screaming manager racing into the face of the umpire. Now with instant replay we are getting slow strolls out to talk with the umpire. The manager checks with someone in the dugout who says if they should challenge the call and send it back to New York for the guys at the umpire hq.

I kind of miss it, but it does seem a little more civilized. I also love how they are getting the calls right and are being fair to the players who are no longer dependent on the umpire having a good vantage or view of each play.

What do you think of the replay, yay or nay?

and will certainly get some, but so far, so good. It will never be perfect. I think even with reviews, they've gotten a few calls wrong. But it's a long season and it will work both ways for any team. I think the main objective should be to not have a very important post season game be decided by a bad call that the video shows was a bad call.
