My first post on DU in a sports section. Lifelong Cardinal fan back to Gibby winning Game 7 in 1964 or actually to the Cards catching the Phils. 6 out with 10 to play and the Cards win the World Series. Nuff about a little leaguer watching his heroes win it all.

Jordan Walker may give the Cards some needed pop. The Cards' outfield needs to get better. Bader is a hole that isn't getting filled.

But he's so damn good when he's right,but it may be time to move on.

Nootbaar is streaky at the plate and not a Gold Glove type although he's probably a B+ fielder

Dylan Carlson is showing flashes, but I ain't blown away by Dylan yet.

Your right though - if it happens it'll be him in the OF, don't see Arenado getting chased off the corner anytime soon
