25. ok i found you have to load the full site to see custom league list

I was on a tablet and it was loading the mobile site by default
but now when I search through custom leagues with that league ID # is says no results.

michreject, I'm not an experienced fantasy football player, having only one season under my belt and it was through Yahoo. I notice that the draft is offline and I don't see a date. How does it work and when it will take place? Thanks for getting things set up!

27. A 14-team league

is going to be great.

I'm in one other fantasy football league this season and we held our draft on Tuesday. There's only 10 teams and that leaves a lot of quality players as free agents. You're looking at your 8th, 9th and 10th round picks and thinking there's plenty of options on the waiver wire that are just as good, maybe better.

When we were facing the prospect of a 20-team league here at one point, I was worried about the opposite: it would be awfully slims pickings by the late rounds!

But with 14 teams we should have a happy medium where you will have to scrutinize hard to find decent options on the waiver wire, but they will exist.

31. I did that because of the size of the league

14 teams will eat up a lot of the quality starters. Bye weeks are gonna be a bitch to cover. Rather than trade a player on bye, you might play a vacant spot in order to keep the player.

I won't be available to make my picks, unfortunately, but I spent an hour or two editing my draft order, ranking players and creating a list of guys I don't want.
