I stand with Brian Flores

I do not believe ANY of the push back from the NFL, the Dolphins, Giants or the Denver Broncos. IMO, they are all lying to cover their asses. Unfortunately for Mr. Flores, they are well funded and will stick together like super glue on your fingers.

It is telling that a mere two hours after the allegations, the NFL came back and with a "completely unfounded" statement. How do you know they are untrue if you haven't investigated the claims?

They settled with Collin. They actually lost to Trump years ago ($4 rewarded for Bunker Boy).

I stand with him too. I had a black basketball coach in rec league and it’s worthy of a book what we went through as a team. My stepfather (not exactly the most tolerant person) called several fathers out about what they we yelling from the stands. He offers to step outside with them and this guy had lots of experience, tough dude. We won the championship and I didn’t play football or basketball for a year. It was really bad.

My reason for wanting Flores fired was he showed he could not build a coaching staff, which seems to be a deficiency of most young head coaches who haven't worked on multiple teams. Flores spent nearly his entire NFL career in New England before taking the Dolphins job.

That said, I now stand with Brian Flores in the hope that his lawsuit can finally bring about some badly needed change in the NFL with regard to diversity. Sadly, this part of the battle is likely to take longer than the other fight.

The other fight is the allegations that Dolphins owner Stephen Ross (Q-Trump Donor) offered in 2019 (and may have paid) $100K for each game the Dolphins lost and that Ross arranged an improper meeting with "a prominent QB" onboard his yacht in 2020. I really do hope Flores has witnesses and the artifacts to support this part of the lawsuit. I want Ross and his hand-picked successor Bruce Beal (from what I've read, this guy is a Patriots fan) pushed out by the league and the team sold to a third party. The fact that Hue Jackson came out after the lawsuit was filed and said the Cleveland Browns offered him a similar deal to lose games back in 2016-2017 means the NFL will have to move fast to address this part of the suit, as these allegations strike directly at the game's integrity.

I've been a Dolphins fan since the early 1970s and got to enjoy two Super Bowl wins and many good and great seasons and games under Don Shula. I really don't see how young people today who didn't grow up in South Florida would choose to give their allegiance to this current version of the franchise. This latest scandal on top of all the other scandals that have occurred under Ross' ownership has for the first time made me seriously consider changing my NFL team allegiance. The Miami Dolphins were once one of the NFL's marquee teams, they are now the sports equivalent of an old building that you go back and forth between deciding to restore or bulldozing it to the ground.
