Pastor Jim Bakker blames Obama’s Iran deal for California’s drought and the Second Coming of Christ

This man is such a pig. He bilked people out of thousands of dollars. People like my parents who did not have a lot of money to begin with. They never tried to collect once they found out he was a fraud. I think they were too embarrassed. And yes, they gave them money willingly, but they were also quite old at the time and it might have been cloudy judgement as my father had advanced emphysema and my mother later developed dementia. These are the kind of people Jim and Tammy Faye preyed on. I am so angry that he has any platform whatsoever.

Televangelist Jim Bakker warned this week that a historic deal with the goal of preventing Iran from getting a nuclear weapon was to blame for the drought in California and was a sign of the Second Coming of Christ.

During a discussion about the End Times on The Jim Bakker Show, Alabama Pastor John Kilpatrick explained that God was punishing America for abortions, idolatry, homosexuality and fornication.

“What God said is that blood itself had a life,” Kilpatrick told Bakker. “So whenever a doctor aborts a baby and that blood is being flushed down the commode, God hears the voice of that baby going down that commode, saying, ‘Help! Forgive Lord! Forgive them! Forgive my mother!'”

Of course he'd say that...as would anyone who believes that the world must be engulfed in an apocalyptic middle eastern war so that Jesus can return and punish all the heretics.

Why do we listen to insane people who worship a blood thirsty God? Peace is the last thing these demented con men want...

I used to get mad when they watched those idiots of TV and I just didn't understand it. I was in high school when my mom started watching that fucking ptl club. She always felt bad that I completely ditched religion but couldn't figure out this stupidity was why. Then a few years later after I left home, I found out they had given them quite a bit of money for that fucking theme park thing they were building. It was all just sad.

Numbers, 5; 13-31. God approves of tells you how to do an abortion. Never found a fundy that could explain it to me. In fact I never found one that ever read that part of God's word.
They find loop-holes and can I

has been going on for a good 5 years or so, that's some foresight god decided to employ, so specific, and he would have to have known that it was going to happen.

On second thought that sounds exactily like the god of the bible.
