A Republican state representative in Georgia on Tuesday introduced a bill that would restrict women's ability to wear a burqa or veil in their driver's license photo and in public places, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

(12,631 posts)in driver's license photos if we all hid our faces behind veils, would there. I would support a law requiring faces to be visible, without mentioning veils or burquas. Probably most state DMV's already have regs requiring that. They already make you take off sunglasses, visors, etc. I hope nobody drives with a veil covering their eyes!
