Sectarian riots in Uttar Pradesh..........

http://www.independent.ie/world-news/sectarian-riots-spread-in-india-29563599.html

09 September 2013
Sectarian violence has spread into new areas of northern India despite an army-enforced curfew put in place after deadly weekend clashes broke out between Hindus and Muslims.

Police say at least 28 people have been killed, with many more missing since gunfire and street battles erupted on Saturday in villages around Muzaffarnagar in Uttar Pradesh state.

****************
This is near the site of the worst sectarian riots ever to occur in India, so let's hope this doesn't pick up steam. Of course the usual suspects are involved.

1992. Of course we must keep in mind they have very good reasons for acting this way.
I'm practically sure of it.

At least 38 people have been killed in clashes which erupted between Hindus and Muslims in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, police say.

A curfew has been extended for a third day in riot-hit areas of Muzaffarnagar district. Clashes began on Saturday.

Hundreds of people have been arrested. Officials say security is improving.

Thousands of people fled their homes in the violence which was sparked by the killing of three men who had objected to the harassment of a young woman.
