Good Read: #OccupyTheBible
I haven't seen a thread on this (the book came out in October) but it's an interesting read. Written by Susan Brooks Thistlewaite, who's a frequent contributor to the Washington Post, it's a rebuttal of the conservative line that Jesus was a CEO and a free marketer.
It's worth the price just to read Thistlewaite's reinterpretation of the parable of the talents.
