Can't help it. Remembering Munich 1972

Yes, the massacre of the Israeli during the Olympics.

No doubt, there were many who blamed the Israelis for "ruining" the Olympics. Why, the organizers even today refuse to at least hold a moment of silence during ceremonies.

And now, in Sochi, that I really hope will end up with success and peace. Still, can't help it..

A few others have as well. It is unlikely, but it could happen. The difference is if they attack gay participants, they will be attacking that country, not just gay people, and with the exception of Israel, athletes being attacked will not be tolerated nor accepted, even if they are gay.
