The Landsat Games (Round 2)

In five decades, Landsat satellites have collected more than 9 million scenes and provoked more than 18,000 research papers. The Earth Observatory and Landsat teams have picked some of our favorite scenes from the past 20 years. Our eyes were drawn to dramatic beauty, but also to scientific insight and societal importance. The images have been separated into four brackets: Land, Water, Ice and Snow, and Human Impact.
