I'm really sick of the "but religion does some good things, too."

To me, that argument is an insult to humanity.

Because those 4 things didn't make it into the 10 commandments which means God thinks they're okay.

Not only did those things not make it to the Ten Commandments, but these things were also specifically allowed in the Holy Book. It is incredible.

I might buy that if there were not rules for slavery, and the Bible didn't have stories of genocide and rape that was done with God's blessing by people who were special in God's eye, and if it didn't talk about disciplining your children by using the rod.

I "might" buy it then.

It's between 2 and 3 for me, but I finally settled on 2 because I've used it so often myself, usually to be met with dumbstruck looks from Christians to whom this rather obvious notion had never occurred.
