Sorry I couldn't stay to see more; was heading out of 'town,' so won't see home for about a week. Wind's down to 4 mph WSW, and warming, 81-82 Mon/Tues; from Wed., >70 down.
Im pretty sure that the boat pictured is a cat boat. As in it doesnt have a jib, just the main sail. And she should be balanced, cat boats are often designed to be sailed by a small crew, singled handed even. Makes for a great cruising boat. -B
