Sorry I couldn't stay to see more; was heading out of 'town,' so won't see home for about a week. Wind's down to 4 mph WSW, and warming, 81-82 Mon/Tues; from Wed., >70 down.

3. A Cat Boat

I’m pretty sure that the boat pictured is a “cat boat”. As in it doesn’t have a jib, just the main sail. And she should be balanced, cat boats are often designed to be sailed by a small crew, singled handed even. Makes for a great cruising boat. -B
