SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A Lincoln County man, who lives near a Harrisburg elementary school, is facing child pornography charges.

The investigation started with a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in October of last year and led to a search of his home last week.

Here's a tweet that warns lower Brule and Jones County natives to be on alert.

Rocky Hayes, GOP chair Jones County South Dakota. I did a google search, and it appears one of the links to GOP leadership internet site has been scrubbed.

If anybody can find something more substantial about this guy being a GOP "leader" please add.
