You know, even in America BBQ varies greatly from region to region. I still love Memphis BBQ more than western BBQ. Plus, in Memphis, it is popular chopped, put in a bun, with coleslaw on top. (My mouth is watering, now!).

They're honest, sincere, attentive to details, and refreshingly non-sarcastic. I know I'm probably going to get a lot of criticism for saying this, but I just don't find many Americans this sincere, attentive, and good-natured. Most Americans tend to either act like they know everything or they have a sarcastic or jaded vibe. Uggh. I feel kind of bad about making this observation, but I'm just being honest.

On reflection, I suppose it's possible that the videographer deliberately sought out women who are especially personable. In fact, I'm sure that's part of it.
