This was uploaded this week from JTBC's Begin Again 3 ( 비긴어게인 3 ) entertainment program which televises professional musicians and singers doing street performances ( 버스킹 busking ) around the world. Some short out take videos like this one are available on youtube. I think Netflix has Begin Again 2 and 3 seasons. There are some amazing performances on these broadcasts.

This is a remarkable performance by Kim Pil ( Kim Pil ) of the Kim Kwang Sok original 너무 아픈 사랑은 사랑이 아니었음을. This performance was near the Samseong Station in Seoul.

This is a 2015 remake by Kim Pil of the original song released in 1994 by the late Kim Kwang Seok. The version of the song uploaded on youtube in Nov. 2017 by Kim Pil has over 23 million views. The version he uploaded from his performance on Begin Again a couple of days ago has almost 180,000 views already.
