2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumThe End of the Dinosaurs
I originally published this back in August, but in light of Bernie's strong showing in the polls just three weeks before Iowa, I thought I'd put it up again. Go, Bernie!

(6,960 posts)Hillary is the biggest predatory dinosaur of all ... and she and all the other corporate dinosaurs are doomed.
Comet Sanders is going to usher out the old and bring a new political-biology to the nation!

(25,699 posts)What the fuck are sauropods doing in the cretaceous? Why are they in the water? Why doesn't the tyrannosaur have feathers? The K-T asteroid smacked the yucatan, which was seabed at the time, so why are land dinosaurs even looking at it?
So much wrong!
Old Crow
(2,212 posts)The sauropods were on a time-travel vacation and were enjoying a bubble bath. (Higher resolution monitors show the bubbles clearly.) And the Hillary tyrannosaur took off her feathers after they fared poorly in a focus group study.
Do I have to explain everything?!

(94,554 posts)Not sure if that's what you were going for.
Add to which, you know DLC hasn't been around for years, right?
Add to which, even if Sanders wins, why would advocates of more moderate policies disappear?

A better representation would be a bunch of....
fleas, lice, leeches, liver flukes and tape worms. And Bernie is on hell of a parasiticide.

it is the average voter I'm concerned about who start to shake when they hear words like liberal and social.

(30,247 posts)You seem to imply that Hillary doesn't care for Medicare and the other entitlements that you mentioned.
lunatica
(53,410 posts)I'm not implying anything other than to answer someone who obviously has no idea what Socialism is.
