I donated so many times to D's this week my card was shut down as a probable stolen

Every time I set up an Act Blue link I donate $5 to test the system for any goofs I might have made. I opened 6 different links for candidates or organizations that support Bernie last week. The link list is below the Act Blue info.

I wanted to split my debate Bernie donations last night between DU for Bernie and JPR for Bernie. The DU donation went through. The JPR (https://secure.actblue.com/contribute/page/jackpineradicals4bernie) donation was denied because after several small donations at Act Blue followed days later by larger donations the system thought my card was stolen. It is the only card I use for donations. I can't get the card turned on until tomorrow because today is a banking holiday for MLK's birthday. But I will make good on the donation Tuesday I hope.

7. Steve, if you call the credit card company's 800 number and explain that you made all the charges

and that none of them are fraudulent, they should be able to lift the "hold" on the card right away.
This has happened to us several times. Happened a couple of times on New Year's Eve when, due to procrastination, I was making all of the year's charitable donations at once. Now I call them in advance and say "I am going to be making donations to 10 or 12 charities tonight, totalling around X dollars. So please don't put a hold on my card when all these charges come through at nearly the same time" - worked a treat this year!
When it happened the first time; or when a hold was put on the card when me, hubby and 2 kids in college their 20's all made charges on the same day from 3 or 4 different cities, a phone call resolved the situation quickly.
