Greed verses need. Rich verses poor. Haves verses have nots.

It has led to public executions of the powerful when they push it too far.

IMO this is a huge reason why nominating Bernie is so important, Hillary may win, but she will not have enough enthusiasm to affect elections down-ticket. Enthusiasm for Bernie will bring the huge numbers of voters needed to overwhelm Republican gerrymandering.
