We can't vote for Bernie because he's too "Hope-y and Change-y" and won't get anything passed?

I keep hearing that we have to vote for Hillary because Bernie is too radical and won't get anything passed by Congress...

Do you think a republican controlled Congress will join Hillary? Republicans have hated all things Clinton for 20+ years.

Vote for who you like but don't not vote for Bernie because republicans in Congress won't vote for his ideas. How many republican Benghazi hearings have we had to harass and embarrass Hilary even though they keep finding nothing? Hillary will be log jammed more than Obama. Hell, the republicans will stand in the way of everything progressive, so vote your heart

Don't think that either one will get more done with the republicans. The Dems need a wave in this election to take control away from the repukes. Then we can get shit done.

3. He's hardly "hope-y change-y"

The hope and change campaign was about having a positive attitude that things could change, with the proviso we were constantly given that change is hard, and wouldn't be accomplished in one term or perhaps even in one presidency.

The Sanders campaign is about anger, and a call to "revolution." It is the inverse of the Obama campaign. And it's selling a bill of goods.

9. Oh, you found a photo-op picture.

With a smiling Bernie standing among members of a nurse's union that endorsed him.

Are you trying to racialize this discussion? I mentioned nothing about him being "white"--or for that matter, "old." Frankly, I find your approach a bit racist in nature.

I was contrasting message and style of political candidates. And I am correct on that count. Sander's campaign is built on a narrow set of issues and aimed at fomenting anger. It calls for revolution rather than working for change, and there's simply no way to deny that, however many cute photo-ops you can find.

10. The only thing "narrow" about Bernie's platform is in the eye of narrow-minded beholders
Tue Jan 26, 2016, 12:29 PM

already beholding to your "vote for me because I'm a women" "No We Can't" candidate.

His platform is both comprehensive and extensive, and points the way towards a
future we can believe in, instead of an abysmal "no we can't" aim-low-then-negotiate
with the GOP knuckle-draggers.

Painting Bernie as the 'angry revolutionary' who can't accomplish anything is a
pathetic attempt to deny the incredible enthusiasm he is consistently met with on
the campaign trail (the point of the pic I posted).

Yes it contains just enough truth (Bernie admitted he's angry, just like most Americans are)
about how 'the little people' have no voice anymore, being shouted-down by $uperPacs
and the Billionaire class that Hillary represents, whenever she gets an opportunity.
