The server handled the email of Bill, Chelsea, Hillary, and Huma. Plus a few other staffers I can't recall.

Yes & No ... if the FBI had access to the server, they probably did read Bill's emails; but, they could use anything they may have found in them.

2. That was one of the problems from her first press conference

where she tried to justify having her own server to keep her emails with Bill private.

Then someone came up a recent the clip of Bill telling media that he'd only sent two emails in his life and they were when he was president.

Clinton supporters may be upset about this email stuff but when your candidate calls a press conference in front of the national media and gets caught lying, it motivates folks to find out why she lied- what is she covering up? There were other things they found that she claimed that were not true - like to help her using only one hand held device - something like that

So she brought this on herself with her lying. Nobody else to blame for that.

6. It comes down to her poor judgement. The number one rule about lying is to not lie

don't put yourself in a position where you have to lie.

But like Bernie has found out, the truth keeps you free of a whole bunch of crap.

It's my biggest turnoff with Hillary. I can't stand the seemingly constant lying.

I feel for her supporters. This email stuff is all self inflicted and she's let them down getting mixed up in that and handling it as poorly as she has.

But I checked the Des Moines Register today - couldn't find anything on the 22 top secret emails.

The Clintons have quite a reach when they can control media like that. Bernie is up against it.

play by their set of rules. Someone posted a terrific speech from Philly by a man who for the first time in his life (and he looks looks like he's in his mid 30s) has become passionately involved in politics because he has felt the Bern. One of the standout lines in his speech before the Philly march is that "Hillary has to lie", because of who her donors are. She has to lie because it will be their interests that will be first and foremost.

Bill Clinton, the first United States president to send an email from the White House, is famous for practically never having used it. Clinton "sent a grand total of two emails as president," he said in a 2011 talk, a claim that has since been repeated widely.

The video link in that text is dead - has been scrubbed but I think it's still aound

was amused by this:
The William J. Clinton Presidential Library claims to have just two emails from the former president in its trove of 40 million emails from the Clinton White House. He certainly sent more. Hillary, it seems, is not the only Clinton with disappearing emails.

3. If I remember correctly the Server the FBI has was the one erased

by Hillary's Tech Person and they were supposed to be trying to see if there was anything recoverable. What is being released from FOIA is her State Department records along with the E-Mails that Hillary and her Lawyers Cheryl Mills and David Kendall went through to separate her Personal ones from the State Department correspondence.

Kendall was criticized for keeping them locked in his office and Cheryl Mills was criticized for deciding with Hillary which were personal which were State. It was the hackers "Anonymous" who released the correspondence Hillary had with Sidney Blumenthal that started the questioning of her E-Mail server being personal (if I remember correctly). There have been some articles stating that there was an overlap of Clinton Foundation correspondence on her Private Server before she went to work at State and that some of those may be on the "Swiped Hard Drive" that FBI is or was trying to retrieve information from. Those may include correspondence with Bill and Chelsea and others.

Problem is that there are so many differing, and sometimes conflicting reports, it's hard to keep up with the timelines. But as near as I can understand the FBI is looking for information wiped from her server and that is different from State Department Internal files {which does include the Correspondence that David Kendall had saved for the investigation) that are being released through FOIA request.
