2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumWhen will Bernie or Hillary concede?
I think we would all like for this to be over -- preferably in favor of our respective candidates, but over nonetheless. But when will that happen? What's your opinion? Feel free to explain below.

(19,537 posts)Bernie just said he'd continue to compete until the election. The closeness of the race now indicates this to be the reality, even if some would want to "wish" for it to be over sooner.
The last option might happen here if someone like Bernie gets most of the pledged delegates, and the superdelegates try to STEAL the vote and STEAL the democratic process to put in Hillary instead. I don't think he will concede then, and if she's allowed to be the president then, I think the Republicans win the GE.

(869 posts)but she's worked her way to the top of the hill excuse the tripple pun and I think the rest of the states she's got momentum and she's just starting to pick up speed

(40,416 posts)WWF will be all over this. It would have to be on Pay-Per-View.
I support and will be voting for Bernie Sanders in the MI primary. I will support and vote for whoever gets the Democratic Party nomination in November.
This is really a very simple solution. Any alternative is much too horrible to consider. Anybody who is considers another tactic is not paying much attention to the big picture.
