2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumHillary's Transcripts Will Come Out...
Yesterday on Morning Joe, Mika revealed that she knows a print journalist for a major paper has the transcripts and is working on a huge story. She said that person was giving Hillary a chance to comment and also release them but I think it's clear tonight that she's not going to. I think using the lame excuse to move the goal post and claim GOP need to release their speaking transcripts is going to backfire in a huge way.

(3,623 posts)GOP is 100% owned by corporate donations. Trump is maybe the only one who could go after her on that topic, but he's also a billionaire with a bunch of mega corporate connections.

(1,508 posts)the democrats who might want to vote for Hillary. Most republicans seem to know that their candidates are backing corporate billionaires and don't care. Democrats want a better deal for all, or at least they claim that is their goal. Imagine if they find out Hillary has also been selling them down the river. It would be a good reason to throw up their hands and stay home. That would in effect help to elect the republican candidate.

I just have a sense that rushing in is a great precursor to getting ambushed.
