I finally listened to the last Republican debate(avoided all the others) and it sounded like The Jerry Springer Show.
No reason for the audience to act up.

5. They were definitely better when the size of a candidates willie was not part of the discussion

Given the level to which the whole debate format has sunk to, it wouldn't do much good to try and shush the audience.
