Clinton Campaign compromises 2 more surrogates' integrity.

Yep they're telling another whopper - this time ImEx bank. Nope, "transactions" aren't the same as "funding" are they?

Bernie said only 25% ofImEx funding goes to small businesses. He was correct. Hillary promptly launched two surrogates to claim

They correctly refer to the 90% of transactions made with small businesses but they leave out the fact that it isn't anywhere near 90% of the overall funding. It's their way of playing both sides, as always.
