What if the Bernie /Hilary war gets much worse?..If the hate spills to us, It could be Biden

No matter who our nominee, we must win.

The Supreme Court is at stake as well as all our advances of the last 8 years.
Therefor, if it becomes clear, that supporters on one side or another will not support the tentative nominee, and the end is in total doubt, then Biden may enter the race. Only as a last resort, and I will vote for whoever we nominate.
But there are many who now say they wont vote for this one or that one

We must win

...that's a guaranteed loss.

You think a lot of voters won't go out for one or the other candidate in it now? Find out how they react to being told the entire primary voting process and all of their effort is being declared null and void because the party leadership isn't comfortable with the outcome, but hey thanks for voting!

"Apoplectic rage" would probably be a term thrown around.

Someone who didn't even compete being stuck in? That just screams of smoke-filled backroom politics and voters being ignored. And many voters are sick and tired of having their votes taken and getting nothing in return as it is.

The vast majority of Democrats would happily vote for either candidate in the GE, despite what some people on DU proclaim.

Most clear minded Democrats don't visit DU. They will vote for the nominee, be Bernie or Hillary.

...Sanders supporters not supporting Clinton because of any attacks from Bernie.

The problem is Sanders supporters not supporting Clinton because of Clinton attacks on fundamental dearly held progressive principles like Single Payer. They have eyes and ears, they can see and hear what she's doing.

That transforms this situation from "two competing people on the same side" to "one person on my side and one person working against me". And it's a damn hard sell to go out and tell all those voters to jump on board with the person not just insufficiently supporting but derisively trashing all the policies they want a President to fight for.

In a couple of weeks? At the end of the primary season? At the convention?

He would not make a good "compromise" candidate. And there is absolutely no structure in place for him, and all of the Hillary and all of the Bernie staffers and volunteers are NOT going to cheerfully go over to him.

Like it or not, either Hillary or Bernie is going to win the nomination.

Some of the rhetoric is very very hot. Who knows what will happen. It is the future.

because Biden isn't going to enter the race in any way, shape or form.

Unless something truly tragic and awful happens and NEITHER Hillary nor Bernie is physically able to run. Yes, there is a lot of hot rhetoric here, but it's coming from a pretty small group of people. I'd say maybe a total of fifty who are being over the top with what they say. There are more who profess strong allegiance to one or the other, but many of them go out of their way to say they will absolutely vote for the eventual nominee.

The era of a dark horse candidate suddenly showing up and winning the nomination is long gone.
