By the way no I don't think the following is funny. It is very not funny. And yes there is plenty of evidence that this happened. There is far more evidence this happened under Bill Clinton's administration as Governor of Arkansas than there is that Governor Rick Snyder colluded with people leading to lead getting into Flint's drinking water. And people rightly pillory him.
