2016 Postmortem

...is now one third over, and he's netted maybe 10 delegates, and still trails by 300.
The eight-victories-in-a-row thing is over before it started, thanks to a big Hillary win in Arizona.
Bernie did great, as expected, in white states holding caucuses. He still does poorly in diverse states. And primaries, which are more democratic, favor Hillary. Fortunately, there are only four more white caucus states the entire primary season: AK, WA, WY, and ND. Three of these are very low population, and the total delegates at stake in all four is less than 200.
Of the five Bernie-favorable states left in this comeback stretch, three of them have small delegate counts.
Oh, and I guess I should mention the conspiracy theories, but that's par for the course these days. It would be more newsworthy if Hillary won a state and there weren't any conspiracy theories.
Looking great for President Hillary!

(1,290 posts)I have a list of gloating Hillary supporters who can't act like they've been there before. Is this their first election?
You'll come off after the primaries and you return to sanity.
