All is fair in Politics?

Last edited Fri Mar 25, 2016, 08:54 PM - Edit history (1)

Exactly where should we, as Democrats, draw the line on election shenanigans? Is something like this example acceptable? Is it election fraud, or just an unavoidable aspect of politics? To be fair I believe I have heard that something similar has also been happening in the GOP field, but should this be a tactic we Democrats tolerate in the name of party unity?

Update: I sent a message to Denise Gibbs twitter account asking her whether this claim is true or manufactured. As soon as I receive a response I will post it here.

Proving a negative is almost impossible, which is why a prosecutor must prove a positive!

There is no proof that it is. It's generally considered incumbent on the person making the claim to provide proof, especially one where the claim is that one of the Democratic candidates is intentionally cheating.

do anything to win. They can hire Karl Rove for example. Clinton's motto is "The ends justify the means". Remember she is tough and that seems to be the quality you value over honesty.

continue to use it. We are fighting a war for our democracy and the Ruling Class and their puppets are not on our side. Vote Sanders to fight the corruption of big money in politics.

Can you explain how she knows just who to send these letters to? Has she got a list of everyone voting for Bernie and if so does she have a mind reader working for her?

Come on people this is BS!

is the loop on the "y," although in some samples on the Google images page, there is a loop. Everything else about that signature looks legit.

You can't make any sort of claim as to the authenticity. I can find a copy of Hillary Clinton's signature online. If you'd like, you can do a simple Google image search and find multiple.

of older women voters.

I happily expect Sanders to win this state, but, this does look more to me like a Rove type op or a huge mistake by the HRC campaign because it hurts HER voters. I highly doubt it was done as a dirty trick by anyone with Sanders campaign.

As a Dem I don't want ANY voter disenfranchised.
