Can't wash the CNBC (which is where she came to CNN from) off of her.

When you buy the stock of a company that requires a taxpayer bailout to keep from collapsing, your investment should get wiped out. Bondholders should take a haircut. Bank executives should lose their jobs and potentially face criminal prosecution. The FDIC protects depositors up to the limits under the law. That's the way it is supposed to work under capitalism. If taxpayers have to bail out the bank to protect the overall economy, they should get equity in the recapitalized bank and the proceeds from selling the equity back into the public financial markets when the banking system and economy is stabilized.
