Let Detroit Go Bankrupt

By MITT ROMNEY
Published: November 18, 2008

IF General Motors, Ford and Chrysler get the bailout that their chief executives asked for yesterday, you can kiss the American automotive industry goodbye. It won’t go overnight, but its demise will be virtually guaranteed.

~snip the rest~

These are the first two sentences in Romney's opinion piece, and I am posting them because I believe they show just how wrong he was. I believe current events demonstrates he had absolutely no idea what he was talking about. He is not fit to lead our country.

If you enjoy arguing with Romney fans, perhaps you should show them this article, and watch them come up with bizarre explanations.

Its not working. This article will dog him all the way to November and could be the difference in some rust belt swing states. Thank you Mittens for being so stupid!

From what I understand, Romney's private sector career has almost exclusively consisted of helming businesses into bankruptcy while simultaneously profiting from them through weasely financial maneuverings and shady tax loophole exploitation. What exactly does this experience bring to resolving our nations economic woes?

Rmoney doesn't know how to run a business. Doesn't have any experience in running a business. Unless, the definition of running a business is to swap out what they can make money, get rid of the employees, and run it back into the ground.
