I can certainly understand that it would have no doubt received lots of recs though.

6. I doubt that piece of dreck will ever be filed

That lawsuit was drafted by a layperson and is so bad that any attorney signing their name to this petition would be facing sanctions from a federal judge. BTW, Section 1983 claims only applies to state actors or persons acting under the color of state law and the fruit of the poison tree doctrine has no application to anything but the exclusionary rule.

If these idiots find someone to file this lawsuit, let us know. I doubt that any lawyer will touch this case

I would love to see the final lawsuit given who badly the first draft was. A law student who submitted that pleading to his professor would be counseled about the opportunities in the food service industry

11. The draft petition is still unsigned and does not name plaintiffs

I also found this link which links to the same article
https://www.reddit.com/r/politics/comments/4coq7w/lawsuit_filed_against_bill_clinton_for/ You have to have plaintiffs to have a lawsuit (the courts have no jurisdiction unless their is a case or controversy) and this draft is still unsigned.

No lawyer would sign this piece of dreck and file it in federal court. Federal judges lack a sense of humor and anyone stupid enough to file this case would be sanctioned.

16. This is a pro se filing because these idiots could not find an attorney willing to sign this lawsuit

The lawsuit is really poorly drafted. The named plaintiff is not a member of any bar that I could find.

Even pro se plaintiffs risk sanctions for filing petitions this stupid and poorly drafted. I hope that this pro se plaintiff is not in law school because this is the type of filing that will haunt her if she tries to be admitted to any bar association. Any law student who submitted this piece of dreck to their teacher would be advised to look at careers in another field.

This silly pro se plaintiff has better hope that she has a federal judge who is tolerant of her ignorance of the law

I downloaded the filing; while the complaint is type-written, the accompanying materials all appear to be hand-written.

You have to have plaintiffs to file a lawsuit An idiot bernie bro who flunked out of law school drafted this dreck and has yet to file anyone willing to be a named plaintiff or an attorney stupid enough to file this case
