Let's take a look at the Clinton Canadian Charity

This is how it worked:

The Clinton Foundation created a separate charity in Canada. Over a thousand wealthy foreign leaders and governments contributed many millions to this Canadian charity. Then the Canadian charity bundled the donations and donated it all in one lump to the Clinton Foundation. The Clinton Foundation and the Canadian charity claim that Canadian law prohibits them from disclosing the identity of the individual donors. The Clinton Foundation spends about 10 percent of this massive bundle of money for humanitarian projects. The rest is a massive slush fund used for travel, paying people off, and so on. All tax free, remember. All with no audit trail. The Clinton Foundation fails to report this slush money on its tax filings, claiming clerical error.

Is this charity simply a money laundering operation? A pay for play profit center for the Clintons?
