Hillary Clinton diverts from campaign trail for more fundraisers

Hillary Clinton and family are spending much of April on the fundraising circuit.
The Democratic front-runner will travel to Florida on Tuesday to raise money, headlining three fundraisers in the Sunshine State in the middle of her fight to win the New York primary on April 19.

She attended two events on Monday in New York, one near her Chappaqua home in Mount Kisco, New York, and another on Long Island in Glen Cove, New York. A fundraiser Sunday at the home of Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe and first lady Dorothy drew around 525 attendees who paid between $1,000 and $2,700.

It's going to be expensive to win against the GOP ... AND to make sure the Democratic candidates on down-ticket races are ALSO successful.

I wonder what Bernie's doing to help the party and to make sure down-ticket candidates are more competitive.

can't compete with the fundraising of Bernie Sanders and crew. But the optics are beautiful. She needs to raise big money to compete lol. A person directly benefiting from Citizen's untied is now going to stop Citizen's United. She may even tell Wall St. to cut it out again if the price is right. Oh the hypocrisy of the near left. Do you think Hillary's whopping six million she helped raise is really helping the down tickets that much? Stop with your nonsense, and it is nonsense.

I don;t really care what she does. Just pointing out the contradiction of criticizing Sanders "bad campaigning" while giving Clinton a pass for doing the same thing.
