TurboTax helpfully has sent me my username and ability

to reset my password, unasked for. If I were to put my hat in the ring, I could probably put my taxes online within the hour. At least that's what the extremely helpful customer service agent is telling me.

And yes....this means the msanthrope has not done her taxes yet. I'm laying in a supply of food and liquor and will be binge watching Transparent Season 2 whilst doing them.

Seriously, this guy "can't find" his tax returns for months, and he wants to run a country?

The Clintons share a tax-avoiding Wilmington street address with Google, Coca-Cola, Bank of America, and 280,000 other companies in what must be the world's most crowded office park.

And frankly, the only surprising thing about this information is that anyone would be surprised to learn about it — of COURSE the Clintons are taking advantage of tax loopholes, that's just what rich people do. It's legal.

"Some of you may have just heard about these disclosures about outrageous tax havens," said a political reformer last week. "It's also scandalous how much is actually legal. That's why last year, I proposed a plan to shut down the so-called private tax system for the mega-wealthy."

Who was it that said that? Let me just check my notes here ... oops, it was Hillary Clinton. How weird that so many Americans do not have a favorable opinion of her Delaware shell companies!

(thousands) and if we didn't pay by a certain date we would be audited. We called the high school math teacher who does taxes on the side and he looked at the letter and did our taxes for less than what it cost us for Turbo-Tax. We got a refund that year.

called a Hillary supporter OCD for posting too often.

I defended the Hillary supporter, because I am OCD and it's not a laughing matter, and mental health issues should not be used to ridicule anyone.

But I have to tell you, the threads on this forum often tend to look OCD, because they are repeated over and over and over again, ad nauseum.

I'm not accusing only one side of this...we each have our issues, but for christ's sake, can't we limit how many threads we post on one topic?

Geeze this place is nucking futs sometimes.
