Most American Voters Say ‘Meh’ to 2016 Presidential Candidates in Both Parties, Except to Sanders

Most American Voters Say ‘Meh’ to 2016 Presidential Candidates in Both Parties, Except to Sanders

Looks like Americans are none too excited about the 2016 election. What’s more is, according to an Associated Press-GfK poll, a majority of Americans are going to be pretty disappointed no matter who is elected come November, given the current crop of five candidates.

Of all the candidates in both the Republican and Democratic parties, Bernie Sanders is the only one to have generated significantly more positive than negative ratings.

will not vote for Sanders is that... well, he doesn't hold christian values. This is very anecdotal, but since I do not get hives and can cover events fairly... I can talk with people of both parties no problem. It is amazing what you find... doing that.

otherwise he identifies with medicare for all, and the rest of the policy positions. This guy knew far more about the process and where we stand and all that, than most posters here. I mean for both primaries. And it was a very nice conversation. I gotta wonder just how many more are around that might very well vote for Sanders in November, even if they do not tell the significant other? Trust me, they will not vote for Clinton. And that speaks to me of a potential (that has been realized in VT over and over an dover again) cross party appeal.

Is there a problem with Socialists? Bernie isn't one BTW, but why wouldn't it be fine if he was? Everyone on the Right is fine with Socialism/outright Welfare for the Rich after all.

Well, without the profanity, at least in their Congressional statements.

Do you proudly stand with the likes of Louie Gohmert and Steve King in arguing that socialism is bad?
