Knife and gun fights EVERYDAY between kids in elementary school..

I remember. It was everyday. Kids killing kids. I could not even look up while walking for fear. I went to Garvanza Elementary in Los Angeles. NOT considered a terribly bad neighborhood. I can't imagine what it was like in a bad neighborhood. At that time the crime bill was needed. Nearly every time my mom took me to the park a kid was killed by another kid. We finally moved to Portland Oregon where I was finally out of fear. Even today, these gangs here are wantabies compared to what I saw when I was a child.
