Romney says there are 47 federal training programs

And that is too much. Really?

I wonder how many training programs there were at Bain Capital? They probably didn't have any. Just farmed them out to various places based on type of training needed.

What do most companies do?

this training department usually consists of a few people who look for consultants to do the training.\

But this ass is just talking to gutting the government because it makes him popular with the neo-conservatives.

Also, the difference between a company that will normally just farm out the training to outsiders is that they don't have enough full-time need for training of any particular area. While the federal government will when possible have it done in-house to make sure it fits their needs. More than likely they will some areas done in-house and other outside.
