Pay NO attention to Joe S. or any of the other hacks out there beating the drum for Mitt. It's their job to make the easily duped among us to think that this is a horse race all the way to the end. But some folks way smarter than I am have figured out a way to take a whole lot of numbers and crunch them and make a prediction about the outcome of this election. The trend line for Obama is moving in the right direction again and the clock is running out for Mitt to reverse that.

Ignore the talking heads on the Boob Tube and instead pay attention to the prediction by Nate Silver for the Electoral College outcome. If we elected by popular vote, it would make sense to look at that number.....but we don't. So it makes no sense to get yourself worked into a lather over numbers that don't matter. Like it or not, that small number of battleground states are where this race is being fought. And in THAT race, the President is looking mighty fine.

No way Romney has 80% chance of winning NC when Dem early votes
exceed Repubs by 237,000 and rising.
